We have designed and manufactured a “fleet” of cabinets to accommodate all sizes, shapes, and amounts of fish that require fast freezing.

The first two cabinets in our “fleet” are

   -The Jr. Cabinet
        The Jr. Cabinet is the perfect size for a fast freezing operation of small/medium fish or bottom feeders.

    -The Sr. Cabinet.
        The Sr. Cabinet has double the Jr. Cabinets capacity for fast freezing more product. As the saying goes “the more product the more profit.”
Their design is exactly the same for both cabinets except for with The Sr. Cabinet we increased the size of the rack, box and system freezing capabilities. All product frozen will be approx. -35°F to -40°F when the fast freezing is complete. This is perfect for keeping your catch as fresh as possible.

Combination Freezer Cabinets

Keeping your product in prime condition is our main concern. With this design the engineers moved the equipment enclosure from underneath the freezer box to beside it allowing the freezer rack height to increase. This allowed us not only to increase the number of shelves but also to increase the space between the shelves. With this bigger spacing all sizes and shapes of different seafood could be frozen at one time or at different times throughout the year. This is why it is called The Combination Freezer Cabinet because the combination of fish that can be frozen on it is endless.

The combination cabinets come in 3 standard sizes:

The 15 H.P. Combination Freezer Cabinet will fast freeze approximately:

PRAWNS:      970 lb. of 2.2 lb. boxed prawns in 3.5 to 4 hr. OR 6000lb. /day

SALMON:      1000 lb. of 3.5 lb. salmon in 2.5 hr. OR 6500 lb. /day

SALMON :     1700 lb. of 12 to 30 lb. salmon in 5 to 7 hr. OR 6500 lb. /day

TUNA: 1700 lb. of 12 to 30 lb. tuna in 5 to 7 hr. OR 6500 lb. /day

Note: The core of your fish will be frozen to approximately -35°F to -40°F after the time indicated above and be ready for your freezer hold.

The SEA MONSTER cabinet is ideal when:
   -Your boat is to small for a freezer system.
   -Your holds are not insulated.
   -Your engine room is to crammed for any more equipment.
   -You already have RSW but need freezing.
Here is the solution to all of these problems!

The Sea Monster Cabinet is an all-in-one (plate) fast freezing / product storage / equipment housing freezer cabinet. Advantages:

·        No hassle below deck.

·        Less product handling

·        Ready to run (except water and power connections)

·        Unload product from freezer rack directly into storage area.

Weather you are a Salmon fisherman using the storage space for the days catch or a prawn fisherman using it for the week's catch this Sea Monster Cabinet will give you the opportunity of having high quality product that will sell for top dollar.
