Pacific West Refrigeration Dual Temp. condensing units with the 15 Ton chiller and holdkeeping plates(15 ton RSW / 2.5 ton Freezing) are the wave of the future. Equipping your boat with this dual temp. system will give you the option of freezing your hold to -40°F or chilling your hold to 33°F (near freezing) depending on market prices. These base mounted condensing units include a water resistant control panel, a digital display temperature controller, high and low pressure gauges, pressure safety's, a water pressure control, switches and indicator lights. They are also equipped with a crankcase heater for easy start-up. The 15 Ton chiller is designed to fit directly underneath the condensing unit which in most cases utilizes the space available in your engine room. The SCH 80 holdkeeping plates are supplied with simple inlet and outlet flanges and they can easily be fabricated to suit any hold configuration. We estimate their rating as 125 BTU/sq. ft. When freezing product include an on deck/self contained freezer cabinet for the initial fast freezing. This not only freezes your product fast and fresh but also keeps the quality of handling at its best. These packages are ideal for anyone who wants to be on top of the market.
