Pacific West Refrigeration Marine Condensing packages work with our freezer racks and hold keeping plates so your product can be frozen fresh and fast right in your hold. The condensing units are built on heavy duty skids and can be mounted almost anywhere in the engine room. Pacific West Refrigeration SCH 80 freezer racks and hold keeping plates are designed to fit any hold configuration and the shelf spacing of the rack accommodates product size. All of our condensing units are run tested to guarantee product reliability and most units come with a manual to ensure the best product performance while in operation. The condensing packages range from a 2.5 HP to 100 HP and come equipped with everything listed below.

 

 

 

CONTROL PANELS

Main control panel mounted in engine room along side condensing unit	Cabin mounted control panel with temp. and pressure gauges as well as system indicator lights.

12V/120V Remote RSW Control Panel
This control panel will run any 12V/120V RSW system. It is very compact and has a water resistant plexiglas cover.	Engine room mounted control panels complete with temp. and pressure gauges.

 

ICE HOLDING SYSTEMS

ICE HOLDING SYSTEMS are designed to keep packing ice from melting while out fishing.

The two main types are:

• Belt driven packages

• Electric packages

Belt driven Ice holding packages (as seen below) include:

• Compressor base unit  that is belt driven off of the main engine

• Comes mounted on adjustable base for easy belt tightening
• Marine condensing base unit
• Hold keeping plates

 

 

Electric packages (as seen below) include:

• Marine condensing base unit with electric compressor

• Basic or deluxe modules available
• Deluxe module makes install easy and inexpensive
• Hold Keeping Plates

HOLD KEEPING PLATES can be built to custom sizes and are supplied with Stainless Steel swivel flanges that are custom built by Pacific West Refrigeration. (See freezer racks and hold keeping plates for more details.)
